Upon arrival, our friendly staff will guide you through the process. You'll be asked to put your vehicle in neutral, keep your foot off the brake, and let go of the steering wheel. We'll handle the rest. Our gentle touch washers and mild cleaning solutions will clean your vehicle's exterior, including wheels and whitewalls. The process concludes with a high-powered air-drying system and buff-n-dry process for certain packages. The entire wash takes three minutes or less.

For safety reasons, we require a driver to remain at the wheel throughout the wash. Our staff will be present during the entire process to answer any questions you may have.

We use high-powered air dryers and a buff-n-dry process (available with certain packages) to dry your vehicle without physical contact. Hand-drying isn't necessary, but if you'd like to give your car a final touch, you're welcome to use our vacuum area after the wash.

We do offer unlimited membership plans. With this option, you can wash your vehicle once per day, as often as you like each month. We'll provide an RFID sticker for your vehicle, allowing quick access through our customer queue.

Our service focuses on exterior cleaning. However, we provide free self-service vacuums, compressed air, and mat holders for your convenience. We also offer high-quality auto accessories for purchase.

We use environmentally friendly, biodegradable cleaning products that are safe for both your vehicle and the environment. These products are manufactured to our specifications, ensuring they meet the highest environmental standards. We finish with a rinse using reverse osmosis water for a spot-free finish.

Most vehicles will fit in our car wash. However, there are some exceptions. Vehicles that may not be suitable include those sitting very low to the ground, with extra-wide tires, or taller than 84 inches. We also can't accommodate dual-rear tire trucks, vehicles with certain modifications, or open-bed trucks with loose items. If you're unsure, please visit us and we'll be happy to check your vehicle.

Our wash is generally safe for newly painted cars as we use gentle cloth materials and mild cleaners. However, it's important to allow the paint to cure properly. We recommend consulting with your body shop about curing times, which are typically around 30 days for repainted cars and body parts. For brand new cars, the paint is fully cured before delivery.
